Your home is your haven. We treat the data you share with us with the same care and respect. Wyndomi does not sell your personal information— ever.


1. Who we are

Wyndomi LLC ("Wyndomi," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Wyndomi mobile application (the "App") available on the Apple App Store. We are based in Acworth, Georgia, USA. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our App.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Account information: name, email address, and password when you register
  • Property information: home address, purchase price, purchase date, interest rate, monthly payment, estimated home value, and refi target rate
  • Home care details: maintenance tasks, service provider names, quoted costs, service dates, and notes
  • Cost and subscription data: monthly costs, insurance details, subscription names and amounts
  • Documents: files you upload to the document vault (stored securely)

Information collected automatically:

  • Device type, operating system version, and app version
  • App usage data and feature interactions (to improve the product)
  • Crash reports and performance data

Information from third parties:

  • Mortgage rate data from the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) API — this is public data and is not linked to your personal information


3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Wyndomi App
  • Calculate your estimated home equity and display personalized financial insights
  • Send rate alerts when market mortgage rates reach your refi target
  • Send reminders for upcoming home care tasks and insurance renewals (only if you enable notifications)
  • Authenticate your account and keep it secure
  • Respond to your support requests and communications
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information to serve advertisements, and we do not sell your data to third parties.


4. How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). Your uploaded documents are stored in a private, access-controlled file storage environment.

Access to your data is restricted to you and authorized Wyndomi team members who need it to operate and improve the service. We do not share your data with other users of the app.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.


5. Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use Supabase for data storage and authentication. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: If Wyndomi is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With your consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.


6. Your rights and choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: You can view the information stored in your account at any time within the App
  • Correction: You can update your account and home information in the App at any time
  • Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@wyndomi.app. We will process your request within 30 days.
  • Data portability: You may request an export of your data by contacting us
  • Notifications: You can manage push notification preferences in your device's Settings app at any time


7. Children's privacy

Wyndomi is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@wyndomi.app and we will delete that information promptly.


8. California privacy rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Wyndomi does not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@wyndomi.app.


9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify you via the App or email if the changes are material. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
